How the Unified Draft Works

1. Individual Pool: Athletes do not register with a pre-existing team. You register as an individual player, specifying your preferred position, skating experience, and jersey size.

2. Balanced Roster Calibration: The Queerclash tournament committee sorts all 160 participants across the 8 legacy squads so that Line 1, Line 2, and Line 3 match in competitive parity.

3. Live Draft Reveal: On opening night at IceHQ in Reservoir, team rosters are officially revealed during the live ceremony before puck drop.
