Queerclash is committed to absolute inclusion, athletic integrity, physical safety, and zero harassment across all tournament operations.
1. Player & Participant Code of Conduct
Queerclash enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, racism, sexism, ableism, neurodivergent discrimination, and targeted unsportsmanlike harassment. Any verbal abuse or dangerous physical hostility on or off the ice at IceHQ in Reservoir will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
2. Unified Draft Pool Registration Terms
All participants register as individual players in the single open draft pool. The tournament committee balances rosters across line 1 (advanced), line 2 (intermediate), and line 3 (novice/development) to ensure competitive equity and fair ice time for every player.
3. Merchandise & Registration Refund Policy
Code of Conduct, Draft Pool Terms and Conditions, and Merch Refund policies will be updated here prior to the 2027 draft pool registration opening. Custom jerseys with personalized nameplates and numbers are manufactured to order and cannot be exchanged once production commences.
